Your responsibilities

  • Developing trustful relationships with strategic corporate clients (insurance, assistance, etc.) to ensure their top level satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Coordinating best-in-class onboarding processes and customer experience.

  • Expanding the relationships – also at upper managerial levels – with existing customers by continuously proposing most suitable and valuable solutions.

  • Act as key point of contact between customers’ stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Address and resolve any issues, problems or complaints so as to enhance mutual trust and co-operation.

Our requirements

  • Experience with insurance and/or medical accounts management: building relations, x-selling and up-selling solutions;

  • track-record in strategic account growth and management.

  • High level of communication skills, especially in business English.

  • Ability to balance between effective relationship building and achieving internal objectives.

  • Prioritizing and being well-organized.
