Your responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

  • Creating and implementing sales and product distribution strategy on foreign markets

  • Recognizing and defining needs of customers and advising on the proposed solutions

  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

  • Responsibility for the implementation of the development plan and acquiring customers on foreign markets

  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

  • Monitoring the activities of the competition

Our requirements

  • Excellent business acumen

  • Experience gained on foreign markets and work in an international environment (in IT, SaaS companies)

  • Experience in accounting for business projects, budgeting, invoicing and reporting

  • Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian

  • Advanced Polish and/or English

  • Ability to diagnose customer needs and the ability to build business relationships

  • Readiness for business trips

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with people from product development, marketing, finance and sales teams

  • Ability to work independently in an international environment

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Negotiating skills

  • Target driven and detail-oriented

  • Proactive attitude

  • „Business mindset "- the ability to translate numbers and conclusions from process analysis into business language
