Responsibilities:

  • internal customers support
  • proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for their customers holding confidences and trusted with information
  • independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges relating to administrative requests
  • work collaboratively with Global Colleagues (from Sweden, UK, US) to deliver a lean, consistent and professional global administration service to customers
  • administer and be an excellent user of essential IS/IT administrative systems to increase efficiency in day to day work
  • ensure good business understanding and show passion for customers to professionally support a customer group
  • provide guidance/coaching and mentoring to colleagues where required
  • lead or participate in training and development initiatives for administrators or other relevant training

 

Requirements:

  • university degree required
  • 1 -5 years of expierience in customer service or administrative area
  • written and spoken proficiency in Swedish, English and Polish
  • relevant professional qualification in administrative skills
  • demonstrated advanced proficiency across a broad range of administrative processes and procedures
  • excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information in a clear and concise format to all levels within the organization
  • MS Office proficient
  • strong relationship and business partnering skills
