Your responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day HR operations (excluding payroll) in Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, Czechia
- Supporting all stages of employee lifecycle
- Maintaining HR data accuracy in Workday
- Resolving labor law issues independently or with the help of lawyers
- Managing employment documentation
- Responding to employee queries
- Communicating HR updates to the countries
- Leading on local implementation of global HR processes
- Supporting development of guidelines, policies and procedures
- Serving as an expert on HR issues for the countries
Our requirements
- Higher education: Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business, Administration etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role e.g. HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations
- Experience in working for international and virtual teams
- Polish Labor Law knowledge
- Fluent Polish and very good level of English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects within strict deadlines
