Coordinate the development, implementation and management of a base of new and existing groups and distribution partners. Ensure strong growth and achieving the budget.
Responsible for negotiating with distributors, developing account plans for each account and implementing them.
Maintain a strong relationship with the distributors at both operational level as well as senior levels to ensure highest customer satisfaction and exposure.
Develop partnerships by contributing to forecasting, development of accounts & promotional plans.
Maintains contact with accounts and key end-users providing technical product application assistance as required.
Drive product compliance, when necessary, within the accounts.
Implement and support national sales teams with initiated key accounts programs.
Communicate effectively within the business to all departments, while closely cooperating with Marketing team.
Conduct competitors benchmarking and make proposals/actions on business improvements at distribution level, including new segments, price trends analysis and pricing strategy proposals.
Provide regular reporting vs. plan to direct manager
Identify new business opportunities in relationship with the group strategy
University degree, Business School or equivalent work experience in a progressive work environment
Min. 4-5 years of sales experience with pan-European and national distributors
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to travel internationally
Result-oriented, and able to prioritize workload
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships internally and externally at all levels
Strong analytical skills and attention to details; understanding and implementation of key performance indicators are critical
Comfortable with working relationships across long distances
Communicative Spanish and/or Italian would be an advantage
Knowledge of related markets is a plus; Some experience in Trade Marketing would be an asset.

Position title: International Key Account Manager – Rubbermaid Commercial Products
Location: Poznań, PL (hybrid working)
Reports to: VP Sales & Marketing International (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)
As an International Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets and market growth objectives for our accounts in the regions: Iberia, Italy-Mediterranean, Scandinavia, Poland and Eastern Europe.
You will create and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders for our key customers to drive the sell-in and sell-out of Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP). You will also develop relationships with key end-users.
You will analyze customers (i.e., distributors & wholesalers) and end-users’ requirements in order to drive competitive activities to develop OMNI-channel (incl. e-commerce) sales plans. Your aim is to achieve individual market and total sales goals.
