Your responsibilities
- Active support in administrative activities of the Recruiters
- Scheduling interviews and conducting initial phone interviews with Candidates
- Participating in interviews (taking notes)
- Updating and maintaining Candidate database (ATS)
- Managing internal tools and cooperating with external vendors (eg. job boards)
- Creating summaries and recruitment reports
- Conducting Candidate Experience surveys
- Build long-term relationships with Candidates & Hiring Managers
Our requirements
- Interest and willingness to develop in the recruitment area
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good command of English is a must (B2+/C1)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and openness to challenges
- Multitasking, flexibility, and the skill to learn quickly
- Creativity and attentiveness to detail
- Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the performed tasks
- High personal culture
- Openness and the ability to build relationships with people
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology or similar field
