    International Sales Manager B2B in CEE Region
    (Poland, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Greece)

    Main responsibilities:

    • Securing the operations to achieve yearly and longer-termed financial and sales targets, volume development, brand KPI´s and the organizations wellbeing in order to improve the team 
    • Customer relationship management with focus on long-term partnerships, especially with winning customers
    • Customer offerings according to our portfolio matrix, customer fit and evaluation result 
    • Supporting product offering efficiency by eliminating bleeders, reduce complexity and decrease production costs.
    • Creating business strategies and  customers action plans according to strategy’s and follow-up for existing and new customers
    • Actively working and supporting the development of products process by catching up trends and insights in our business and consumer trends for the region
    • Ensuring that laws, regulations, agreements and group policies are followed

    Essential requirements:

    • At least three years of experience in sales/ leading sales in B2B and FMCG sector  
    • Good computer knowledge such as the MS Office, SAP and CRM 
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Good planning skills 
    • Communication, cooperation and change management skills
    • Strong influencing skills
    • Presentation and negotiation skills 
    • Persistence and orientation towards goals 
    • Business acumen
    • Stress resistance
