Your responsibilities
Oganization and carrying out transport orders
Understand Logistics flows and giving logistics solution to customer if necessary
Sending pre-alert to Customer before vessel / air arrival
Keeping monitoring tracking and sending delay notice to Customer if needed.
Transport document set up with origin countries
Once cargo is arrived at port, Keep checking the status and update on time
Entry transportation data to logistic system
Reporting transport activieties
Our requirements
Experience in sea, air or rail transport min. 5 years
Ability to organize and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to make independent decisions
Verbal and written English on min B1 level
Ability to create partnership relations with the client
Windows and MS Office environment knowledge
