International Senior Business Manager


  • Seeking new international business opportunities using different resources
  • Inspiring Clients to develop new applications or develop their existing solutions
  • Analyzing clients' needs, preparing sales offers and negotiating
  • Positive management of the relationship with clients, upselling
  • Maintaining the relation with the Consultants that are engaged in your projects – taking part in recruitment meetings and help them solving their challenges
  • Evaluating, and monitoring development plans of people that report to you directly


  • Min 4 years of experience as Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager
  • Understanding of technology and an eagerness to expand on this knowledge
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy, problem-solving approach
  • Persistence and creativity in your approach to prospecting and winning new business
  • Interest in continuous personal development in the direction of Business Development
  • Fluent English (min. C1) is a must, and German (min. B2) will be a big plus
  • Experience in the IT sector will be a plus
