    We are looking for dynamic people oriented on development for the position:

    International Transport Director
    Miejsce pracy: Nowy Tomyśl

    In a new role you will:

    • Organize the work of the International Transport Department in Poland and the Netherlands
    • Cooperate with the sales department in the field of transportation
    • Build long-term relationships with Clients and Contractors
    • Take care of the quality and timeliness of services
    • Design and implement innovative solutions in transport
    • Analyse the entity's performance and prepare reports
    • Control transport activity indicators
    • Share knowledge and experience
    • Create development opportunities for the employees

    Your profile:

    • Experience in the field of organizing international transport
    • Experience in finding carriers and working with them
    • At least five years of experience as a manager in the transport department
    • Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers
    • Very good knowledge of English, German will be an advantage
    • Responsibility, analytical and planning skills
    • Openness to changes and activity in their implementation
    • Ability to predict risk and solve problems effectively
    • Starting the initiative and making decisions efficiently
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • Willing to frequent business trips in Europe
