Your responsibilities
Gathering documentations after accidents at our stations
Contacting stations and making sure that evidence is saved
Making follow ups to our Vendors regarding missing invoices
Making follow ups to insurance companies regarding missing payments
Preparing insurance regresses to be send to insurance companies
Our requirements
Fluent English language skills
A good level of Swedish language
Quick learner, ambitious and well organized/structured
Last year students of B.A. degree or M.A. students of Scandinavian Studies
Experience in office work is an advantage
High service orientation
Good teamwork skills

Circle K Business Center Poland is looking for an intern who would like to join our team as:
Insurance claim agent support with English and Swedish Language skills
Circle K is currently looking for and intern with Swedish and English language to support insurance process. Person who will take a role of Insurance claim agent support will be responsible for contacting our stores in Sweden, gathering necessary documentation, and preparing insurance regresses to be ready to send to insurance companies in Sweden. The Insurance Claim Agent Support will work closely with Store Managers, Insurance Companies, Vendors, Costumers and Financial department in Sweden. The person who will take this intern position shall be open-minded, enthusiastic, pays attention to details and ready to support to our departments in Sweden.
