Your responsibilities
- The Intern will support the Corporate Communication Team in their day-to-day operations
- Support with project coordination and tracking of the production of giveaways and printed materials
- Support with freelance management
- Support of the various teams in all areas of Corporate Communications - Internal Communications, Public Relations, Content Marketing, Corporate Publishing, Social Media and Investor Relations
- Support with press releases, daily preparation and reporting of published print and online media, quarterly figures, dispatch of press releases, and preparation of documents
- Administrative tasks such as travel expenses, planning meetings and sending annual reports, etc. to investors and Shareholders
- Support in the planning and execution of internal events
- Corporate publishing tasks include, for example, updating the company website and assisting in the organization of reports on exciting, international topics from around the world
Our requirements
- Readiness to work on a civil contract (umowa zlecenia).
- Currently enrolled in a university studying business, marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
- Ideally some experience in the field of marketing, communications or sales through internships or other student activities.
- Excellent English skills are required. Other languages would be beneficial.
