Internship in Customer Service Team

You will:

  • Support a Customer Service Team to achieve agreed commitments to our customers
  • Manage customers’ orders in our internal system
  • Cooperate with internal departments of International Paper and get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation
  • Learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your daily tasks
  • Have an opportunity to use your analytical skills in performing different tasks

You are:

  • A student or graduate willing to gain experience in Customer Service area
  • Available to work 30-40 hours a week
  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English (additional language will be an asset)
  • Eager to learn and gain new experiences
  • Good team player
  • Action and detail oriented
  • Good at analytics

European Customer Service Center’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service to our European customers. You will be supporting our Customer Service Teams in achieving the goal. As a member of the European Customer Service Team, you will be exposed to dynamic and multinational environment. You will cooperate with other departments, like  Credit, Production and Sales Team. You will have an opportunity to work on real business cases and you will be exposed to challenges, which you will meet during your further career. We will teach you about papermaking, our business processes, as well as how to manage orders in our internal system.
