Your responsibilities
Designing, reviewing, and editing interesting content for the internal channels,
Supporting the organization at internal events - (f.e. supporting Inclusion & Diversity Team initiatives, Employee Referral Program campaigns),
Supporting CSR agenda - charity communications & sustainability projects,
Acting as a contact person for several internal communication channels.
Our requirements
A final year student or recent graduate with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, journalism, philology, management
Interest in marketing, communication and human resources management
Strong oral and written communication skills in Polish and English
Problem solver and decision maker, analytical mind and presentation skills and fast-learning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized with good time-management skills
Available to work at least 20 hours per week
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
Optional
Experience with graphic design tools
Experience in text editing
