Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the Board Member responsible for Sales in developing and executing the distribution strategy of the future

  • Performing research on sales strategy related topics

  • Development of analytical tools enabling customers making informed decisions on risks

  • Supporting sales people through providing thought provoking sales tools

Our requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in any discipline like business administration and economics, natural sciences or quantitative studies

  • First working experience gained through internships

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Advanced command of English and Polish language

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g. pivot, macros, VBA)

  • Programming/modeling experience (e.g. Python) will be a plus

In this position your main focus will be supporting Work directly with English speaking Board Member responsible for Sales to define the company’s growth strategy. You will be a key contributor to an exciting project transforming Allianz Polska’s sales approach from providing insurance products to offering analytical advice on risks. While being exposed to initiatives across various distribution channels you will run your own projects with freedom and flexibility to make own decisions and to challenge the status quo of the entire organization. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will get profound insights into the entire insurance value chain.
