Your responsibilities

  • Prepare and update project schedules and reports

  • Create and follow up RFQ’s

  • Spare parts pricing

  • Register documents into SAP

  • Follow up of PO-related documents from suppliers

  • Update Service Orders in SAP

  • Provide additional support where required in order to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers

  • Other tasks delegated by Manager and Team Leader

Our requirements

  • Student after 3rd year of studies

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Availability to work 20-30 hours a week

  • Communicative level of spoken and written English

  • Good communication skills and team-player spirit

  • Systematic, open minded, reliable person

  • Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data

The Support Services department is responsible for flawless execution and on time delivery of all Customer orders in Subsea Business Unit. We provide support for various areas within ER and NAM region: Projects, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Planning, Logistic and Document Management.
