Your responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules and reports
Create and follow up RFQ’s
Spare parts pricing
Register documents into SAP
Follow up of PO-related documents from suppliers
Update Service Orders in SAP
Provide additional support where required in order to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers
Other tasks delegated by Manager and Team Leader
Our requirements
Student after 3rd year of studies
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Availability to work 20-30 hours a week
Communicative level of spoken and written English
Good communication skills and team-player spirit
Systematic, open minded, reliable person
Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
