    Global Service Delivery
    Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a leader in the development of services and processes that are designed around the customer and enable the firm to demonstrate to regulators that its processes and ways of working will deliver consistently high standards of compliance. Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly. 

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Apply your knowledge into practice,
    • Understand how to operate in a multicultural work environment,
    • Actively support the department in daily and ad-hoc tasks,
    • Learn rules and regulations that corporation needs to comply with,
    • Understand how the particular department works,
    • Benefit from professionals and specialist know-how.


    • B2 or higher English skills,
    • Knowledge or some experience in particular area would be an advantage,
    • University student or graduate,
    • Time management skills and ability to prioritize,
    • Analytical skills,
    • Ability to work under time pressure and in changing environment,
    • Availability 30h - 40h weekly,
    • Very good computer literacy (MS Office, especially MS Excel).
