Happy to say we have a great reputation of Internal Mobility service and currently we are looking for Interview Preparation Consultant to join our global solution within the well-known company (finance sector).
Location: Kraków. Please kindly note the role is fully remote only during the pandemic, originally the location is Kraków.

In this role you will:
  • Handle 30 minutes coaching sessions preparing internal candidates (client’s employees) for their interviews,
  • Share best practice,
  • Assess candidates’ prepared responses and provide feedback,
  • Suggest topics to think about and perform role plays if required,
  • Play a role in building internal talent pools in order to proactively match internal talent to available opportunities
  • Support all levels of candidates – from specialist to Vice President,
  • Have an opportunity to engage in additional tasks such as delivering group training sessions on career development topics and providing CV writing guidance,
  • Work as part of the wider Internal Mobility team, cooperating with other Interview Preparation Consultants and Recruitment Coaches
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, internal mobility or in HR function,
  • Interest or experience in an advisory role,
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken,
  • Ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks independently,
  • Some flexibility to adjust your working hours to support different time zones (within limits)
Additionally, the following would be an asset:
  • Psychological background,
  • Experience in delivering training.
