Your responsibilities

For a major client of the company, ensures the coordination of inventories, implements customer inventory schedule and prescriptions, coordinates and when necessary carries out operational inventories. He/she is responsible for providing accurate information regarding vehicles administrative position versus physical position in the IT system

Centre and transport inventory requirements

• Regularly distributes customer inventory process documents, notes and manuals to service providers and transport companies.

• Provides suppliers with training on inventory procedure

• Creation of a presentation of the inventory tools.

• Creation of the user guide for the inventory tools.

• Development of a communication kit for facilitating user training.

Plan and carry out centre and transport audits

• Plans operational inventories covering centre and transport services providers. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual requests.

• Ensures the smooth running of the schedule.

• Ensures realization of audit schedule and associated reporting.

• Supervision of data consolidation.

• Synthesis of the results and their internal and external dissemination.

• Analysis of anomalies and requests for corrections to the teams concerned.

• Ensures correct regularization of cars in the system after inventories

Follow up on compliance plans

• Keeps the results of inventory and action plans associated to deviations

• On a regular basis, requires the monitoring of action plans from providers

• Ensures the smooth running of action plans and the achievement of inventories objectives

• Be a source of proposals for compliance and improvement.

• Alerts in case of drift or recurring non-conformities.

Animation centres and carriers

• Participates in supplier animation meetings for inventories aspects, KPI’s and follow up on action plans

• Provides customer with the reporting in the event of a deviation from compliance.

• Generates alerts according to a validated and structured escalation plan.

• Be a force of proposal to improve results and support the customer

• Participates in animation meetings with customers for inventory aspects prescriptions

Inventory expertise

• Be a reference for centres and carriers on customer inventory procedures

• Operationally ensures proper compliance of the inventory process

• Ensures the proper application of processes standards during inventory


• Ensures the non-hierarchical management of all stake holder located in different countries involved in contract with the customer,

• Ensures the proper implementation of inventory processes and procedures within the framework of the contract.

• Ensure the good versatility of inventory mission within the scope of the contract.

Support the implementation of new flows and suppliers

• In the case of new flows or suppliers, ensures that all the inventory requirements are properly deployed with the suppliers.

• Provides the various site and supplier stakeholders whit the operational support

• Ensures in particular the proper implementation of stocktaking processes in accordance with customer requirements

• minimum bachelor degree in the field of logistics or data management + 5 years of professional experience (supply chain, data management
