    We are currently looking for an Inventory Management Expert to join our Warsaw Planning Hub based in a city center.

    Role Description:


    The Inventory Management Expert is accountable for the Regional Inventory Performance and Long-Term Capacity management. He/She would be involved on a daily basis in inventory analysis & management across the whole supply chain, developing and following through on the inventory reduction action plan. He/She will also drive the analysis of excess and obsolete stocks, develop action plans for its reduction and for future prevention. He/She would own the monthly assessment of manufacturing long-term capacity and would ensure sufficient Warehouse capacity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owns daily/weekly/monthly Inventory actuals reporting, Under-performing inventory tracking and action plan execution / monitoring
    • Creates and maintains monthly the 18 months inventory outlook and does gap analysis in case we miss FY average and FY-end targets
    • Audits and tracks dedicated process and output Performance Indicators, ensures systems are in place to manage and resolve process related KPI gaps (e.g. demand verification accuracy, inventory parameters)
    • Performs gap analysis and links to the Business Inventory Targets, involving other functions as needed 
    • Updates supply scorecard and prepares summary and slides for regional stakeholders; participate as needed in other Supply Review Meetings
    • Governs dedicated processes, leads capability building across the organization and drive health-check and action plan completion
    • Executes monthly Rough Cut Capacity Planning for In-house production plants
    • Executes needed analysis and updates in the systems
    • Monitors execution and supports action plans
    • Executes Demand Flow Verification process and action plan to close the gap
    • Facilitates productivity through work process improvements and technology integration

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Success:

    • Solid understanding of the Supply Chain standard functionality and work processes
    • High level of analytical and technical expertise with the ability to communicate across different Supply & Manufacturing Organizations. 
    • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills to interact effectively and liaise with all levels of personnel across all functions in the organization 
    • Strong Problem Solving, Priority Setting and Communication skills
    • Previous experience in SAP planning environment, Inventory Management and Initiatives Operations planning is desirable
