Your responsibilities
- Identify top talent across the Investment Banking revenue areas within the EMEA region
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including applicant tracking system, direct sourcing, Internet, referrals, networking and social media
- Interview and present diverse and qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Provide candidates with frequent & timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Manage offer discussions with candidates and hiring managers
- Help our company to build and promote diverse and inclusive work environment
- Participate in various broader recruiting projects and initiatives – both regionally and globally
Our requirements
- Around least 4 years recruitment experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience recruiting for financial services or a professional services industry preferred
- Ability to source passive candidates and experience building candidate pipelines
- Experience working with applicant tracking and CRM systems
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and various stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills combined with the ability to listen, understand, analyze, synthesize and propose solutions
- Strong problem solving skills
- High level of attention to candidate and client experience
- Track record of building strong, consultative relationships with senior executives
Description
As a key member of the EMEA Investment Banking Recruiting Team, this individual will work closely with the EMEA Front Office by playing a consulting role and providing recruitment expertise to Hiring Managers. The Recruiter will work with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, collaborating with management and Human Resources Business Partners. The Recruiter will participate in strategy discussions, seek consensus and then complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. This individual will work with the rest of the team to creatively provide a diverse slate of candidates for all vacancies and opportunistic hiring independent of outside search agents. The team focuses on identifying top talent across lines-of-business, geographies and diverse cultures.
The selected individual will be critical in our efforts to continue to expand and enhance our recruiting process. They will support the Front Office team in implementing and managing day to day functions such as sourcing metrics and standardized processes which create an effective recruiting and selection process.
Coming from an strong Recruitment background, the individual will take control and accountability for the sourcing and placement of multiple positions within Wholesale Front Office team.
