Your responsibilities

  • Identification of investment opportunities in the areas of non-performing loans (mainly secured corporate debt exposures (i.e. single tickets)), distressed real estate (all types of commercial assets) and distressed financing (private debt)

  • Initial assessment of the opportunities from financial and legal perspective, listing of the key transaction-related risks

  • Structuring of the investments, including business, financial and legal aspects of the transactions

  • Responsibility for definition and performance of all the required due diligence streams

  • Responsibility for valuation of the asset / evaluation of economics of the transaction

  • Preparation of investment summaries and internal documentation, combined with presentation of investments to the investment committee

  • Coordination of all the work streams related to closing of the transactions

  • Supervision over the investment during its lifetime, until the exit (including also full involvement in the exit process)

  • Close cooperation with other teams, departments and units of EOS, as well as external advisors

Our requirements

  • Extensive experience in transaction processes

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English

  • Very good presentation skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Very strong analytical skills and decent financial modelling skills

  • Good understanding of key asset valuation methods (for various types of assets, including real estate)

  • Understanding of key legal and tax transaction-related concepts, including ability to comment and challenge transactional documentation

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (venture capital / private equity / real estate / private debt funds; advisory / professional services firms; corporate M&A / investment / strategy departments)


  • Understanding and experience in debt collection

  • Good understanding of the real estate market, extensive network of contacts among real estate specialists

Position description:

We are looking for a dynamic quick-learner who will be responsible for investments in a broad range of assets, including non-performing loans (single tickets), real estate (including distressed real estate) and distressed companies.

Typical tasks on this position will include origination and initial analysis of investment opportunities, coordination of the transaction processes (including valuation and due diligence) as well as presentation of the investment opportunities to the investment committee and then successful delivery of the transaction.
