Your responsibilities
- Preparation of meeting documentation for a number of operational- and strategic project portfolio meetings (ad-hoc & regular, e.g. Project Steering Committee)
- Follow up on inputs and proactively address missing items; establish practices that follow ups are done efficiently and well-coordinated
- Close interaction with relevant global Technology- and TCD functions to ensure actively maintained project portfolio data
- Integrate with Poland PMO- and FP&A counterparts to facilitate timely- and aligned project portfolio reporting; support (or initiate) operational improvements e.g. due to agile transformation
- Work on portfolio prioritization options and scenario planning for current & future years
- Help facilitate efficient early demand consolidation/assessment
- Support activities to strengthen financial rigor on the project portfolio (availability of business cases / 4-blockers, standardized tracking of costs, benefits, service variance, etc.)
- Input gathering for AXA XL investment portfolio reporting to AXA Group, and help apply project categorization / segmentation parameters
- Support activities for the overarching TCD teams, such as preparation of the quarterly QBR’s and facilitation of workshops / meetings
- Execute ad-hoc requests in support of the overall TCD team, e.g. assembling slides decks for team calls, etc.
- The role will report to the AXA XL portfolio management lead
Our requirements
- 1-3 years professional experience in commercial busines
- High school / Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English, any other European language is of advantage
- Strong team player with good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with various stakeholders of AXA XL and potentially AXA Group (TCD teams, AXA Group reporting recipients, etc.)
- Integrative behaviour: willing to take on inputs/advice from other teams (such as PMO and FP&A) while bringing in own perspective & ideas
- Good with numbers: Ability to quickly interpret data sets / inputs, conduct “sanity-checks” and follow up on inconsistencies
