    Within Regulatory Oversight & Implementation, our goal is to ensure that employees receive fast and competent support in case of questions or issues with respect to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products). PRIIPs is an EU regulation which aims towards enhancing investor protection and transparency by providing so-called KIDs (Key Information Documents) when selling or advising on investment products. We expect the candidate to perform/ contribute to the following:

    • Take ownership for the generation of new product templates and support the Product Shops in issuing new KIDs
    • Coordinate the interaction between internal and external stakeholders and manage the different KID generation processes to run as efficient as possible
    • Maintain the CS KID repository, obtain and upload missing third party KIDs to the CS KID repository
    • Develop PRIIPs expertise and become Subject Matter Expert for PRIIPs related internal (1st level support) and external questions (2nd level support)
    • Perform regular and ad hoc quality checks of CS manufactured and third party KIDs
    • Coordinate the error investigation and resolution efforts
    • Support the creation of business test cases and perform them in the test environment
    • Manage and steer the relation between all internal and external stakeholders involved in the PRIIPs process
    • Monitor the development of the PRIIPs regulation and coordinate the implementation of necessary adjustments (e.g. KID template adaptations)
    • Contribute to support activities for related regulations i.e. MiFID II

    • You have university degree or equivalent and present at least 5 years professional experience
    • You show profound banking/financial markets knowledge
    • You have experience in a regulatory environment is a plus, but not required
    • You possess strong communication, coordination and conceptual skills
    • You show attention to detail combined with a top-down perspective
    • "Getting things done" attitude and ability to work towards tight deadlines
    • You have flexibility, sense of responsibility, and perseverance
    • You are a quick and eager learner
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written), German is an asset
