    IS Application Manager for Lease Administration Service

    We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. More than 10 years ago, our Information Systems Delivery Center in Krakow was built up. Last year it successfully merged into the newly created Global Business Services organization. This allows us to expand our global activities and support even further. IS Finance Domain Delivery organization provides financial, internal IT services, supporting ABB group functioning. To strengthen this organization we are looking for IS Application Manager who will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supporting Lease Administration service. Individual will take end to end responsibility for the application from both support and development perspective, having significant contribution into the current and future services delivered to the business.
    Tasks:
     

    As an IS Application Manager, you will:

    • Be responsible for building and running applications
    • Develop and maintain the Roadmap of the application
    • Collaborate with Application Build and Application Run to create integrated, business process-oriented SLAs
    • Be accountable for the resolution of any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on the financial systems landscape
    • Lead the Service Review Meetings and define the actions needed to improve the quality of the service and keep it aligned with the business needs
    • Maintain change backlog for application, decide on the execution of the changes in application and divide the items into releases
    • Support the creation and execution of the application budget
    • Maintains the relationship with the application vendor

    Requirements:

    • Master degree in Computer Science, Economics or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with managing global application/services or implementation projects/processes
    • Proven experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL, ITIL certification is a plus)
    • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business financial processes and technologies will be a plus
    • Financial/Accounting experience and understanding of technical aspects of an application will be a plus
    • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
    • Very strong leadership and management skills
