ABB Information Systems (IS) delivery team for Finance domain is looking for a IS Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will cooperate with IS Application Managers, SMEs and central Compliance Team to ensure key financial applications supported by Information Systems organization comply with regulatory requirements (primarily Sarbanes-Oxley, SOX) and internal policies


You will contribute to design and continuous improvement of IT General Controls (to e.g. mitigate the risk of operational failures or violation of regulations) as well as to timely and qualitative execution, in collaboration with other members of the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliance controls covering various finance applications
  • Manage and maintain evidence of control performance
  • Act as contact for internal and external audits
  • Manage certain tools supporting compliance
  • Continuous monitoring of high risk controls related to access management and change management processes
  • Continuous review and update of processes based on upcoming requirements

Your background

  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT/IS environment
  • Experience in work in environment under compliance
  • Very good oral and written English
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to details, focus on quality, strong process orientation
  • Very good communication skills, team-player attitude
  • Experience in performing controls or auditing will be a plus
  • Knowledge in finance, or finance applications will be a plus
  • Multi-cultural working environment experience will be a plus
