    IS Implementation Specialist for Finance systems
    Workplace: Kraków
    ABB group has the Accounting and Statutory Reporting organization supported by IS Finance Domain Delivery. To strengthen this organization we are looking for IS Implementation Specialist. The person will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supporting invoicing and reporting solutions. Individual will take end to end responsibility for the application from both support and development perspective, having significant contribution into the current and future Services delivered to the business.
    • Performs the final configuration of IS applications/solutions
    • Ensures that content is loaded to support business needs
    • Performs and manages activities to support local businesses implementation projects including tasks such as system configuration and integration support aligned with business process and use cases;
    • Cooperates with the Solution Architects in regards to Application architecture
    • Ensures that system access groups/roles/rights are properly assigned
    • Collaborate with other ABB IS units by following IT Service Management framework
    • Support Application manager in preparing SOX relevant documentation
    • Manage in-house applications development if needed
    • Serve as liaison between users / Service Desk and the development / operation team to resolve issues
    • Provide information to users about application itself, including quarterly online trainings
    • Minimum 2 years work experience in IT
    • Good working knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture
    • Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
    • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline
    • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
    • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
    • Willingness for occasional travelling
    • Experience of maintaining global application/services or implementation projects
    • Proven experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL)
    • Understanding of technical aspects of an application is a plus
    • Invoicing(AP) or reporting(R2R) solutions related background is a plus
