About the project

As an Information Systems (IS) Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for end users and support teams. Support large manufacturing and office environment including Personal Computer (PC) Hardware, Software, Applications, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Peripherals and manufacturing equipment. Apply strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to support infrastructure activity within all IS process domains.

Your responsibilities

  • Audio & video conference room support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (Poly, Lenovo, Crestron Flex, Crestron NVX).

  • PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up and peripheral installation.

  • Configure and manage Multi-function printer (MFPs) and printing solutions including large MFP devices (Xerox/Canon), Label Printers (Zebra), and small use laser printers (Xerox/Canon). Support end users with secure printing solution (VPSX).

  • Mobile device configuration support, Multi-Factor Authentication, O365, Networking (iOS and Android).

  • Telephony: Provide end user support on VOIP environment including handsets and software-based phone.

  • Networking: Provide end user and guest support and coordinate with local and global services on troubleshooting activities. Work with Country Infrastructure team on staging and refresh projects.

  • Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.

  • Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.

  • People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role required.

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.

  • Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of O365.

  • Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.

  • Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.

  • Experience in programming or scripting in an Information Technology (IT) environment is preferred.

  • Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures and factory IT programs preferred.

  • Bilingual Polish and English.
