To strengthen our ABB Global Master Data team, we are looking for IS Operations Manager for Master Data with strong communication and organizational skills.
Your responsibilities
Is responsible for day-to-day execution of Global Master Data service operation delivery, escalation and relationship management
Own Master Data change processes like Year-end and Mid-year changes
Ensure that Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility
Is accountable for fulfilling the service requests in the agreed SLAs within scope of responsibility
Provide professional communications, trainings and know-how sharing functions to other team members and to business users
Own and coordinate Master Data Trainings landscape
Coordinate internal communications flow
Work in an international team and communicate in English on a daily basis
Our requirements
Degree preferably in information management, management and marketing, economy or related area or 1-3 years of experience in relevant position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, based upon set goals and objectives
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Fluent spoken and written English and Polish
