To strengthen the IS Treasury Team we are looking for IS Operations Manager for Treasury Systems – area of User Access Management.

The Team is responsible for managing access to all Treasury applications including e-banking solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing leadership to IS Treasury User Access Management team, by guiding and monitoring task completion (without carrying line responsibility). Is responsible for day-to-day monitoring of tickets execution.

  • Contributing to the development of Service Catalogue in ServiceNow, setting directions in the areas of service introduction and end user support.

  • Integrating Operation and Building activities in collaboration with dedicated Build Teams – onboarding of applications’ UAM process to the future global ABB IAM tool. Root cause analysis of incidents and delivering

  • problem resolution.

  • Undertaking periodic audits to ensure correct user access has been provided to systems. Supporting SOX controls execution in UAM area. Reviewing periodically the performance of the operation teams, the

  • quality of the deliverables and the end user satisfaction.

  • Supporting IS Service Owner in process transition (mainly e-Banking area).

  • Taking ownership of Knowledge Database. Making sure the documentation is complete, up-to-date and of high quality.

  • Contacting vendors or banks if external support is needed. Actively participating in process continuous improvements and automation.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT environment (preferably IT Financial Systems). E-banking experience is preferable.

  • Strong sense of ownership for the service is a must.

  • Experienced in stakeholder management (also with senior management).

  • Analytical skills, well-organized, quality driven, able to work in somewhat hectic environment.

  • Market recognized certification (ITIL4, Prince2, Lean), Access Management working experience is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • At least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
