About the project
Working with SPEX Performance Management Team you will perform various activities to apply Measurement, Reporting and Performance Management frameworks to enable planning, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet agreed KPI targets.
As an IS Reporting Specialist, with a technical focus, you will support monitoring of service level agreements (SLA) by measuring, analyzing and reporting GBS IS service performance to drive increased service efficiency and effectiveness.
In this position you will be reporting to IS Department Manager for Measurement and Reporting under GBS IS SPEX Performance Management.
Your responsibilities
Apply and execute the management practices Service Level Management and Measurement and Reporting within GBS IS to enable planning, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet agreed KPI targets.
Support operating and maintaining the Performance Management Platform.
Translate reporting needs intro production reports and dashboards.
Apply a variety of visualization techniques and designs the content and appearance of data visuals to communicate KPI measurements results.
Review and analyze the efficiency of existing report procedures and systems with main focus on optimization, standardization and automation.
Create process and service reports to ensure process and service performance is transparent to the respective stakeholders.
Extract and process data from various data sources, using data modeling work to develop reporting capabilities.
Our requirements
1 year experience in data gathering, reporting, validation and analysis.
Good knowledge of Tableau (Server and Desktop) reporting.
Familiar with database concepts and technologies including data warehousing, SQL, ETL and other.
Analytical thinking and attention to details and quality.
ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Strong English language skills both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Big Data (Snowflake) would be beneficial.
