About the project

As an IS Security Coordination Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the effective coordination of your organization's information security initiatives. This includes ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, as well as delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality services to stakeholders. To achieve these goals, you will need to continuously monitor and improve processes, foster collaboration with key stakeholders, and leverage technology and best practices.
You will also manage the Information Security Services Coordination team, with a focus on central and transparent services management. This involves acting as a one-stop-shop for efficient business decisions and a definitive source of knowledge related to security service processes. By reducing time and effort to deliver expected results, including knowledge management of key relationships and oversight into the services portfolio, you will drive the achievement of optimal security outcomes and deliver sustained value to the organization.
Your responsibilities
Drive and support cross-functional and cross-IS services security coordination.
Manage and resolve escalations that require additional attention or resources.
Identify, document and address system or process issues and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Identify areas for improvement in IS InfoSec service delivery.
Work closely with Portfolio & Program Management to plan strategic response actions that require project treatment and/or Roadmap adjustment.
Identify and track operational performance issues that require business and management attention (InfoSec x Business Areas Improvements Management).
Develop and implement performance management systems for IS InfoSec services, including setting targets and measuring performance against those targets.
Coordinate with IS InfoSec teams to ensure that security protocols and procedures are being followed.
Manage relationships with external security service providers.
Continuously monitor and analyze security trends and risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to security via the Operational Compliance Service.
Our requirements
Master's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
Around 12 years of relevant experience in IT or equivalent, specifically in Compliance, Organizational Development, Project Methodology and Governance
Strong understanding of security best practices including knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards combined with understanding of security services
Knowledge of incident response and crisis management, IT infrastructure, networks and systems
Outstanding influencing skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community and ability communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholders
Excellent resource planning and task management skills
PMP, Prince 2, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum certifications will be preferred
To qualify, applicants must have ITIL and at least two certificates from the following list: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
