IS Senior Service Owner for Core and Common Financial Processes

As tactical interface to business process and product owners, takes full accountability for delivering IS
services in the reference service line. Is accountable for of the whole lifecycle of the IS solutions and
applications. Is responsible to create the service roadmap aligned with the vision and requirement
created by the business customer.
Has a visible and expert leadership in the service line in the further development and effective
implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the
development of commercial effectiveness of the service.
Is accountable of the IS compliance of the IS solutions and applications in scope of the service line.

Your responsibilities

  • Building and delivering of specific IS solutions/services according to business needs
  • Ensuring for the services in scope: reliability, availability, maintainability, serviceability, change capability, confidentiality
  • and integrity
  • Supporting all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery or IS service demand in the
  • relevant service area of responsibility
  • Developing the service delivery strategy and service delivery plan for assigned service(s) in collaboration with the Global
  • IS Domain Owner
  • Defining strategic roadmap for the services based on the Stakeholder’s expectations
  • Identifying the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Translating communications/stakeholder
  • engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Facilitating open communication and discussion between
  • stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement
  • strategies and plans. Providing informed feedback to assess and promote understanding. Facilitating business
  • decision-making processes
  • Managing individuals and groups. Allocating responsibilities, delegating tasks, setting performance targets, providing
  • effective feedback, etc.

Your background

  • Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, economics or similar
  • Hands on experience with financial closing processes and tools
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong experience in financial processes (IG, R2R, O2C, budgeting and reporting)
  • Strong experience in leading IS vendors
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

Your background
