    IS Service Manager for HR Domain

    We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. Currently, we are looking for an IS Service Manager who has a deep understanding and experience of how to efficiently manage, develop and deliver global IS solutions for HR function. The core responsibility of an IS Service Manager for HR is to manage the delivery of “end to end” IS solutions/services within the HR domain, including Master Data, Employee Lifecycle Management and Data Integrations solutions. The role will involve the collection of requirements, delivery of projects and stakeholder management, as well as ensuring the high quality of the IS solutions provided.

    Tasks:

     

    As an IS Service Manager for HR you will:

    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand the demand, provide delivery proposals and implementation for the Master Data, Employee Lifecycle Management and Data Integrations IS solutions. These are based on various technologies: primarily SAP HR, SaaS cloud solutions and in-house applications
    • Serve as the point of escalation for major incidents related to the given area and lead major incident & critical situation resolution incl. stakeholder communication (business, delivery, service desk)
    • Establish a strong relationship with HR IS Business Engagement Manager and HR business stakeholders, to understand the operational, tactical and strategic needs
    • Provide overall leadership, control and take responsibility for your given area globally
    • Coordinate the planning and consumption of the service budget
    • Ensure that ongoing service delivery and support organization meet the agreed business requirements operating in close collaboration with HR Stakeholders
    • Lead Project Managers within your given area, and ensure timely and on cost delivery of projects

    Requirements:

     

    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Have a strong service management or IS management experience of SAP HR solutions
    • Who are able to take end-to-end service accountability for complex and diverse IS HR solutions, independently from where the underpinning technology components, operation support processes or professional capabilities reside
    • Have experience with implementation and support of a cloud-based (SaaS) solution
    • Have a deep understanding of the overall context of HR processes and IS technologies, especially within Master data, Employee Lifecycle and Data Integrations area
    • Are able to deliver IS solutions matching business requirements with focus on cost optimization and benefit maximization
    • Have excellent senior stakeholder management skills as well as strong people and project leadership skills
