At the moment to our rapidly growing Confectionery category in MEU we are looking for an inspirational:

    ISC Asset Reliability Tower Lead, Confectionery (m/f/d)

    The purpose of the role is to lead the governance and processes of the Confectionery Asset Reliability Tower in conjunction with Cluster AR leads develop and implement AR strategy for the Confectionery category ensuring cost-effective implementation of the strategy. The jobholder will also implement standardized best practice processes and systems to optimise PM strategies across the Confectionery Category.

    Your main responsibilities include:
    • Build capability and expertise across MEU through the creation of communities and sharing of best practices
    • Define maintenance strategies and translate them into real actions
    • Manage cost reduction and spare parts optimisation 
    • Ensure consistent roll-out of PM steps 3, 4, 5, 6
    • Coordinate master data management and update
    • Proactively introduce IS tools to support maintenance strategies
    • Guide, coach and inspire others to proactively initiate improvements
    • Ensure legal, quality and safety compliance
    • Develop and monitor KPIs and KAIs for the Confetionery category in conjunction with Cluster AR leads 
    • Support each Cluster and site to right-size their M&R organisation
    • Support specific programs roll-out in Manufacturing to meet defined business needs
    • Extensive manufacturing/engineering background with an understanding of best in class processes
    • Significant IL6S experience including understanding and practical implementation of PM/AM methodologies 
    • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
    • High business acumen with strong forward thinking, attention to detail and technical knowledge
    • Business savvy with an ability to navigate complex matrix organisations 
    • Strong relationship builder with experience of building teams and managing through change
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills together with the ability to inspire and lead others through change
    • Fluent English language skills, any additional language will be a strong asset
