    Helpdesk Specialist

    Job description:

    • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and applications
    • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
    • Troubleshoot and repair general system and network issues
    • Provide support to end-users
    • Handle documentation creation

    • Written and oral fluency in English
    • Knowledge in Windows Active Directory
    • Strong knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows Desktop OS
    • General hardware and software troubleshooting experience;
    • Experience with VoIP will be considered as advantage
