About the project
We are looking for Agile Master for Central Networking Team.
You will be working in an international team with global responsibility for the data center network environment including the relevant automation framework, tools and APIs within Bosch.
The Data Center Connectivity group has 2 virtual, global teams: a network engineering team and a software development team. This job offer is split across both teams. You will be primarily working as agile master and coach leading the network engineering team and in the remaining time supporting the software development team as a software developer in the creation of the automation framework for the network products.
Your responsibilities
- As Agile Master / Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading and planning the scrum artifacts as well as developing the agile mindset of the networking team (incl. coaching of the team).
- With your Software skills and agile mindset you will be supporting the team and driving the automation journey with an international team of software architects / engineers.
- You will develop, maintain and enhance our APIs and software stack based on the requirements from our enterprise and cloud customers as well based on the demand from the networking team.
Our requirements
- Experience as Agile Master in implementing, leading and coaching intercultural distributed (global) teams with Scrum
- Knowledge of agile frameworks
- Personality: Good Team-Worker, Creative, Flexible, Strong communication skills
- Structured and goal-oriented, Independent and Innovative working style
- 2-3 years Software Development experience (preferred Python)
- Experience with Linux container technologies (e.g. Docker, Podman)
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g. GitLab CI, Github Actions)
- Test driven development mindset, focus on quality aspects
- English (proficient), German (will be a plus)
- Enjoy working in an international team
