Your responsibilities
Support message flows between the bank and financial institutions. You will be part of the team who is responsible for support, maintenance and development of integrations between SWIFT and business applications
Act as the first line support towards the end users in SWIFT related issues
Handle incidents and participate in problem investigations
Operate and maintain the Bank's SWIFT applications
IT Analyst among other things is responsible of delivering and administering solutions, which match business and IT requirements
You will also (as IT Analyst) be taking part in projects
The position is a mixture of application administration and (small) development. The main responsibility is in application administration - not in infrastructure administration or low level programming
Our requirements
Knowledge of SWIFT in general
Mainframe (CICS, JCL, etc ... ) and DB2 knowledge
Experience with IBM MQ and Linux (RHEL)
Skilled with Oracle DB (or SQL in general)
Good English skills
Working experience in Banking (especially payment systems)
Familiar with MX/MT messages (XML format)
