About the project
We are looking for candidates for Application Support Specialist position in our Global IT Operations Support department providing services for the UK and US clients of Swiss Post Solutions.
Overview:
The IT Application Support Specialist provides daily support for company document processing platforms, analyses performance of the platforms, recommends necessary upgrades, identifies problems, and cooperates with other IT teams as well as 3rd party providers on RCA and resolution.
Your responsibilities
Skills and competences:
• Preferred a master’s degree in information technology sciences
• Experience in working with document processing platforms or business systems
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (analysis)
• Document processing platform administration, including tools such as: BatchSync, Visual Cron, WSFTP, IceWrap
• Active Directory administration
• Windows Server OS administration
Other required qualifications:
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Good team worker
• Able to work under time pressure
• Readiness to work on shifts
Our requirements

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 – 17:00, 17:00 – 01:00 (ND)
