About the project

Joining our team allows you to develop a broad set of skills that you are constantly refining due to the new challenges you solve on a regular basis. Being a part of a no siloed team gives you a chance to provide a reliable and consistent overall service, having the big-picture perspective for the whole project. You will support software developers who usually don’t get engaged in anything past their chunk of code. If you don't like wasting the time for reworking tasks or resolving repeated issues, you can try to write your own code and scripts to automate such activities, avoid human mistakes and make processes more effective.

Your responsibilities

  • analyzing, dispatching and solving reported issues,

  • handling service requests,

  • performing post-mortem analysis,

  • supporting maintenance windows,

  • providing application monitoring recommendations and new metrics configuration,

  • direct cooperation with customer, development and international technical teams,

  • on-call duty 24/7.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience on similar position,

  • being familiar with Linux/Unix systems,

  • knowing tools: Maven, SVN, GIT,

  • practical skills in working with RabbitMQ,

  • experience with developing bash, python or perl scripts,

  • understanding source code written in Java,

  • practical experience with monitoring tools: Nagios or/and New Relic,

  • skills in using database tools: DBeaver, PgAdmin,

  • good command of English, fluent Polish,

  • being a team player.

Optional

  • practical experience with Service Now, JIRA and Confluence,

  • knowledge of Kubernetes, Bamboo, ELK stack (elasticsearch, logstash, kibana), Power BI,

  • knowledge of cloud environments: Azur,

  • knowledge of network and network administration,

  • experience with Quality Assurance.
