Your responsibilities

  • taking part in technological strategy building in terms of Tribe’s applications and their functional running,

  • planning and monitoring of application development and maintenance budget within the Tribe,

  • act as an change agent for IT area as well as for business area by fostering innovation and delivering the best in class support that increases team spirit and trust within the Tribe,

  • having impact on building engagement, knowledge sharing and continuous learning attitude,

  • ensuring processes compliance with COBIT as well as guaranteeing safety, availability and efficiency while monitor functionality,

  • IT Custodian role for Tribe’s applications,

  • coordination of Incident and Problem Management within Tribe,

  • IT components life cycle controlling with respect to Recommendation D principles,

  • production standards overseeing and popularization including:

  • business Continuity Plan,

  • external connections certification,

  • key control tests (KCT) for the production process,

  • applications rank list (ITRAM/BIA),

  • creating and updating Application Role Matrix,

  • implementing new techniques, tools and methods for software development,

  • being an ambassador of agility and customer centricity.

Our requirements

  • master’s degree in technology-related discipline (IT preferred),

  • good command of English (B2 or higher),

  • at least 5 years of banking industry experience with a minimum of 2 years in application, process and/or project management,

  • experience in team management or in lead functions (i.e. chapter lead),

  • deep understanding of the IT environment, current and future trends within discipline,

  • customer experience orientation with the ability to combine business and technological goals,

  • power to build trustworthy relations, share ideas and deliver results,

  • Agile mindset, drive for changes and passion for improvement,

  • experience in implementing systems for document circulation and archiving (additional advantage - knowledge of FileNet and PEGA).
