Your responsibilities
Receiving and recording all messages, and classifying and resolving them IT questions from our employees as part of the 1st degree support;
Answering questions regarding Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications;
Administration of user authorizations in various IT systems;
Installation and uninstallation of software as well as inventory maintenance;
IT system support for PCs, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, active data networks LAN, WLAN, WAN, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP services, endpoint security systems and Windows servers.
Our requirements
Experience within the technical administration of IT systems - career changers are also welcome;
