Our services focus on access management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles and create best-fit solutions.
As an expert in Security and internet technologies, you'll be part of Application Access team in Poland with a focus on developing solutions around modern authentication technologies working closely with the global team.
Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Poland 3 developers, 1 BA, few QA, 2 FTE for DevOps (4 osoby), Lead architect, 8-12 Mostly based in Poland
Twój zakres obowiązków
Are you passionate about delivering building robust and scalable Identity and Access Management solutions? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in how to innovate?
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to:
• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• translate business requirements into technical documentation
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• identify opportunities to improve our processes
• collaborate with other global IT teams
Wymagania pracodawcy
• large-scale enterprise experience and are used to work in global teams on high-available, mission critical solutions (MUST)
• familiar with documenting requirements in UML and/or BPMN (MUST)
• 3y exp as BA, ideally in a global large organization (MUST)
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out) (MUST)
• able to handle complex challenges, (MUST)
• ability conduct in-depth discussions about technical matters in English (MUST)
• Hybrid Work, 3 days a week in the office either Wroclaw or Krakow UBS office (MUST)
• a degree in computer science or equivalent, (SHOULD/MUST)
• profound understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications and security standards (HTTP, TLS, REST/SOAP, Cookie Handling, SAML) (SHOULD/MUST)
• experience with cloud-based environment: Microsoft Azure, Azure AD (SHOULD)
• solid understanding of information security in general, (should)
• experience with industry leading IAM products and principles of integrating such products in an enterprise environment (not needed, just a wish)
