As an IT Business Analyst you will cooperate with the IT project teams as well as with the key stakeholders across DACH region. You will be responsible for analysing, assessing and delivering business data to help the company with improving ongoing and forthcoming processes.

• You structure and translate a wide range of requirements into technological capabilities and specific IT solutions.
• You exchange ideas with your colleagues from the specialist departments professionally, keeping an eye on customer centric solutions for an outstanding customer experience
• You accept new requests and qualify and prioritise them in cooperation with the IT and business departments.
• You analyse, document and optimise complex and critical business processes and work towards optimally supporting them with IT solutions for our business

Profile

• Ideally a degree in computer science or business informatics
• Very good level of German language
• Experience in the field of requirements engineering
• Comprehensive understanding of the interaction between different IT systems
• Conceptual, analytical and structured manner of work
• Networking and communication talent with the ability to reduce complexity - in combination with persuasiveness and social skill
