As a successful candidate for the IT Systems Analyst, you will join a highly regarded and global Product Control IT team, with Wroclaw branch currently employing 35+ people. Their skillset includes business analysis, data science, programming in various languages (e.g. Python, Java, VBA), quality assurance, test management and beyond.

In order to be successful in the role you will need to:

  • Have strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions
  • Effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem,
  • Be experienced with designing IT solutions addressing complex business problems, business processes, and bringing them to life
  • Be an effective and proactive communicator to be able to handle key and numerous partners well and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients,
  • Be an Agile enthusiast and promote agile approach to others in the organization and foster collaboration with scalable Scrum in mind,
  • Think ahead and take initiative

  • Good experience in working with data
  • Detailed understanding of the Agile project life cycle
  • Experience in testing & issue investigation
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English

Highly desirable skills and experience

  • Ability to prioritize work, managing analysis activity across multiple products
  • Experience in writing Oracle SQL queries
  • Ability to read code (PL/SQL, Java, Informatica)
  • Experience with different testing tools
  • Hands on experience with TDD/BDD
  • Understanding of financial industry and its data
