Collaborate with global and regional/local CRM contributors from both business and IT functions to create an efficient and objective-focused community framework.
Conduct interviews and forums to enhance CRM end-user satisfaction by optimizing processes and introducing new tools.
IT Business Partner:
Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT demands according to release schedules.
Provide consultation in the preparation of business cases, including ROI analysis and KPI definition, to demonstrate the value of IT solutions for the business.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technical innovations, application development technologies, and solutions within the relevant domain.
Innovation and Process Improvement:
Propose innovative ideas and technical/process improvements that can enhance operational efficiency, automation, and overall business impact.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration is required, with an ideal focus on marketing and sales operations.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM, PRM, and/or other sales, marketing, and communication-related systems/applications is required. This extensive experience should include in-depth knowledge of how front-office business management information technology can be leveraged for operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft digitalization tools, including PowerApp, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Forms, Sway, and other relevant technologies is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, as well as virtual team and project management competencies.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Location: You should be located in Poland or willing to relocate.
Travel: Openness to occasional business travels is expected.
