About the project
Your role as IT Business Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for IT related services in the respective market or sub-region, including implementation of new solutions, actively participating in Global solutions rollout, running IT projects and provide support in functional projects. IT Business Solutions Coordinator contributes by identifying relevant business requirements and recommending and implementing cost-effective and long term beneficial IT solutions across the organization.
Providing IT consultancy on a daily basis to key users and members of market management teams
Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s goals through innovation and assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
Managing expectations and keeping strong, opened and transparent relations with Key users and members of Management teams
Analyzing incoming IT related requests and advising possible solutions
Complex ownership of the process in which country IT demands are prepared, shaped up, developed and solutions implemented
Coordinating solution testing and implementation to production environment
Following-up by providing post go-live support
Implementation of Global, Regional and local IT projects, both by coordinating actions of other departments and by actual execution of entrusted tasks
Assuring testing, consultancy and natural ownership over such projects on a local (market) level
Key users training
English – fluent in writing and speaking
University or High School in Information Technology or similar
2 – 3 years of professional experience at similar positions in an international company
Preferable additional IT and Business Management trainings and certificates
Project Management experience
Energetic person with strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible attitude and strong sense of responsibility
