About the project
We are looking for an individual that has a deep understanding and experience about how to overcome departmental boundaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enforcement of effective Capacity, Availability and Performance Management Processes to ensure IT services and infrastructure met the agreed requirements. You will work across IT Services organization to ensure that required IT infra resources are available and efficiently utilized
Effectively monitor the Capacity and performance of IT services to ensure they fully meet and user and business needs.
Provide advice and assistance associated with the planning, design and improvement of service and component Availability.
Responsible for monitoring IT Capacity and Availability levels, comparing actual levels against targets, taking forward the investigation of any breaches of Availability targets and service non-availability with the instigation of remedial activities.
Ensure Capacity and Availability requirements for new or modified IT services are understood.
Weekly, Monthly & ad-hoc reporting, capacity and availability related incident review on demand.
Integrate , lead by example and act as change agent during transformation
Broad experience in continuously driving BAU ITIL Capacity, Availability and Performance Management
Broad experience on capacity and availability monitoring and good in diagnosing the problems to improve the availability of IT services
Excellent Skills in Analysis, Reporting and Presentation to be provided to users and technical groups
Reporting tools (PowerBI, ServiceNow)
ITIL Expert and DevOps certifications are welcome
Project and Agile Management (PMP, Scalable Agile) and Quality Improvement (Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen) experience will be beneficial
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to communicate optimally and influence at all levels of the organization
Fluent English is a must
