IT Competence Center Director

Crates action plan to support business demands,
Evaluates technologies/skills and prepares recommendation and/or proposals,
Analyses the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs,
Oversees departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting,
Coordinates day-to-day operations and team efforts to improve the efficiency of Competence Centers,
Communicates with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires,
Assists in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts,
Develops and utilizes reliable metrics.

At least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position,
Very good understanding of business processes,
Very strong understanding and passion to IT Technologies and/or practical IT skills and experience,
Strong relationship-building and communication skills,
Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
Ability to multi-task and react positively to changes in priorities,
Ability to work under pressure and during non-standard working hours,
Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and justifying,
Basic knowledge of the Polish labor code and understanding of the different forms of employment,
English – full professional working proficiency.
